· I got a message that says my system is infected. Should I click on it? HELL NO!!! Most, if not all, of those pop-ups will actually infect your systems with tons of nasty infections. Get yourself a good pop-up blocker and disable "messenger" service in Windows XP. This is NOT related to the instant messenger program. · Can you upgrade my old system? Depending on the age of your system, you may be better off just replacing the system. By the time you replace the motherboard, cpu, and memory, the cost of a new tower would be much more reasonable. · How much will it cost to find out what is wrong with my system? Repair estimates are always free. Even if you decide not to repair or replace your computer, you owe nothing. Systems left here for 30 days after the estimate is given will become property of Wengerd Enterprises, and will be disposed of. [ Back to Top ]

· How soon can I get my system back? Your system should be ready within 2-3 days in most cases. Depending on workload and extent of repairs required, it may be ready even sooner. Simple hardware or software installations can be done while you wait by appointment. If parts must be ordered, the repairs will be done the same day the new parts arrive. [ Back to Top ]
